Every weekday lunchtime between 12-2pm we play NO REQUESTS on The No Request Lunch. We promise not to play your requests because here at JACK fm, We Play What We Want.

To celebrate we've made friends with Ultimate Bite, who are quite good at providing tasty lunches and buffets across Bristol. Send in your requests below, and Ultimate Bite could be delivering lunch to you.

Your buffet for up to 12 people with a selection from the current menu, including triple cheese twists, minted lamb and maple skewers, mini cottage pies, black pepper potato skins with guacamole & vegetable brushetta and a selection of mini sweets to finish it off.
