The South Stand

The same tag has appeared again, this time across the whole of the South Stand - and in 3 different colours.

It looks like the vandals broke into the stadium overnight and vandalised the South Stand, the men's toilets and the pastie hut at the south end of the ground. The same ADA Bristol City tag has been used as was the night before.

Yesterday we told you vandals had sprayed the tag which reads 'ADA Bristol City' across 2 entrances to the ground, including on the memorial inscription on the gates.

So far, the club have no idea who is behind it or what the ADA tag stands for. The tags associated with the City Service Firm and BS3 - both supporters organisations linking themselves to Bristol City, also appear on the South Stand. But over the last 2 days, the majority of fans from both City and Rovers have said how they're disgusted at mindless acts of vandalism. In fact, members of a Bristol City forum have set up a collection to help contribute to the clear up of the graffiti which has already raised over £200.

Bristol Rovers have got a friendly coming up Tuesday and the bosses at the club are anxious there aren't any more attacks before then.

Kirsty told us: "Our safety officers will be looking at what further things we can put into effect to make the ground more secure tonight and across the weekend.

We're also going to be checking our CCTV images and the police have been informed so hopefully soon we'll have a better idea of who's behind this."
