Trump Qualifies For World Open
Keynsham snooker ace will play tournament in Scotland next month.
Snooker star from Keynsham Judd Trump has qualified for this season's new World Open.
The world No 27 had a 3-0 victory over Thailand cueman Thanawat Thirapongpaiboon in the final round of qualifying at the World Snooker Academy, Sheffield.
He will now have to wait and see who he faces in this year's first round, with the draw to be made on Sunday, September 19.
This season's second ranking event of the season runs from September 18-26 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre.
