Sabres face Northants for a place at the Rose Bowl
Somerset Sabres have the chance to reach Twenty20 finals day at the Rose Bowl later this afternoon as they take on Northants in the quarter finals.
Captain Marcus Trescothick said:
"Victory over Northants would be a great experience. We have the problem of replacing Keiron Pollard in the t20 quarter-final, but there are some good options with other players in form.
It won't mean anything if we don't win a trophy so the next few days are massive for us."
The game at the County Ground in Taunton gets underway at 4.40pm.
