Keith Millen

Robins draw away from home in Millen's opening game as manager.

Keith Millen's opening match in charge of Bristol City ended with a 1-1 draw away from home.

City opened the scoring early in the second half with a Damion Stewart header only to be denied all three points by a 90th minute penalty from Billy Sharp.

In bright South Yorkshire sunshine the game kicked off with City naming the same starting eleven as that lost 3-1 to Millwall in the first game of the season.

The first real chance of the game fell to Damion Stewart from a Jamie McAllister free-kick. The giant defender found himself unmarked at the back post only to see the referee's assistant's flag in the air for offside.
