Bristol City v Bristol Rovers
Testimonial match for Louis Carey announced.
The derby match will be the first between the two sides since 2007 and will be played at Ashton Gate as a celebration of the club captain's service over the past 17 years of his professional career.
He is currently the club's second highest appearance holder with 625 and is poised to sign a new one year contract.
The match will take place on Saturday 4th August.
Jon Lansdown, the club's managing director of football said:
"This is a great chance for all supporters to show their appreciation for what Louis has done for this football club and at a rare Bristol derby match to boot. It should be a great occasion for all concerned."
