Bristol City hope to complete a deal for Ipswich Town forward Jon Stead today.
Manager Keith Millen confirmed after the 3-3 draw with Barnsley that Stead could become a City player on Monday.
The 27-year-old was involved for Ipswich's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday but is now poised for a move to Ashton Gate.
