Plans to turn Weston's Tropicana into a sea-side "Eden" project are unveiled today.
The multi-million pound plans have been put forward by local businessman Richard Nightingale.
It's one of three designs that will be examined by the public over the next few weeks.
The entire Tropicana would be pulled down and replaced with a new,
contemporary building and covered with a roof.
The team of architects who designed the Eden Project in Cornwall and Bath Spa have been working on the project.
Consultations have been taking place with local people. Mr Nightingale said: "[We've had] 14 or 15 months now of consultation with residents and they've been hugely helpful.
"I thank them very much for all their support and some wonderful ideas that we've tried to incorporate.
"It's been very very supportive locally and that's made the project an easier one for us."
Stuart Garhn project architect from Grimshaw Architects is one of those putting forward an idea.
He said: "It's essentially all about of fun, we've tried to capture some of that playfulness and fun that's part of the British seaside and so much parf of the history of Weston. We've made the building very light and colourful."
Details of the plans will be put on display at Nightingale Property Sales and Letting on Station Road from today.
