The Prince will visit Cabot Circus
Bristol has been included as a stop on a Royal tour to promote sustainability.
HRH Prince Charles will be in the city in September to officially open the Start Living Advice Centre in Cabot Circus.
Start is a national initiative lead by the Prince of Wales to help individuals and businesses live in a more sustainable way within their own communities.
The centre in Bristol will offer information on how people can reduce their carbon footprint and impact on the environment.
Peaches Golding, Business in the Community's (BITC) Director of Special Projects said: "Business in the Community has a successful track record of helping the corporate sector to find the best way of working with local communities for the benefit of people and planet.
"We are delighted to be masterminding this forthcoming visit by our President, The Prince of Wales, to encourage and celebrate local Start initiatives. BITC is proud to be involved in convening and fostering sustainable community partnerships and campaigns."
While in the city The Prince will be joined by The Duchess of Cornwall and speak to local community groups and watch a performance by a gospel choir.
The visit is part of a five day sustainability tour of the country, when he will travel on a bio-fuel powered train to visit environmental projects.
