Bus Changes For Bristol
A series of changes to bus routes across Bristol come into place today.
First are altering the route or times of 18 of their services to offer more evening and Sunday journeys.
Some of the changes have been designed to reflect the new Hengrove Park development and serve the South Bristol Skills Academy.
The new routes will mean some bus stops are no longer used, but the firm says they have made efforts to inform passengers of the changes.
First spokesperson Karen Baxter said the changes have been made for different reasons: "There are some that are in their to improve punctuality and reliability, so the timetable will change just slightly.
"There is some slight re-routing largely around those services that go to Hengrove Park.
"Some journeys are being extended to give people more opportunity to travel."
