Bristol Company Celebrates Toy Success
The Armouron named as best toy for 2010.
The 'must have' toy of the year has been revealed - and it has been designed by a company in Bristol.
Armouron, made by Cod Steaks, involves interchangeable sets of body armour so children can dress up as different superheroes.
It has just been voted toy of the year at the 57th national London Toy Fair awards.
Sue Lipscombe, the founder and MD of Cod Steaks said that Armouron "is a good, old-fashioned British success story and it’s great to see a homegrown product taking on the big players on an international scale."
