Bristol City Council Manager Due In Court
Paul Cox will be answering two charges including conspiracy to defraud.
The 45 year old who's from Colston Avenue also faces charges of wilful neglect to perform his duty as a manager.
We're told it's in connection with contracts.
He's due to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court later today.
