Bristol Balloon Fiesta Kicks Off In Style
The first mass ascent of the Bristol balloon fiesta has taken place this morning with around 80 balloons flying to Nailsea.
Around 80 balloons left Ashton Court at dawn and headed out towards Nailsea.
500,000 people are expected to go over the weekend.
As well as the nightglows there's plenty to keep you entertained. This year is there won't be the Red Arrows but instead you can catch the first appearance of IlluminAir - an air display team which takes place at night with fireworks coming off their planes.
The team from Embarrassing Bodies will also be there with their mobile clinic.
